Askhat Duisaliyev becomes General Director of XP Kazakhstan

As XP Group is expanding its activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Askhat Duisaliyev as Director General of XP Kazakhstan

Mr. Duisaliyev has over 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry in Kazakhstan. Before joining XP, he held key leadership positions in both private and quasi-public sectors. Most recently, he served as the Director of the Oilfield Services and Crude Hydrocarbon Disposal Projects Department at JSC National Company “KazMunaiGas”. During his tenure at KMG, Askhat played a pivotal role in ensuring operational and strategic excellence, and achieving positive results for the largest oil-producing assets.

Prior to KMG, Askhat demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities and strategic vision as the President of KazPetroDrilling, the largest private oilfield services holding in Kazakhstan. Under his guidance, the group of ten subsidiary oilfield services companies experienced significant growth and expanded its services offering, establishing itself as an industry leader.
