Expert Petroleum awarded for outstanding environmental management results

OMV-Petrom has recognized Expert Petroleum 2016 environmental achievements by reducing the Green House Gas Intensity and FreshWater Withdrawal Intensity of our oilfield operations by respectively 49% and 51% compare to 2015.

This was achieved by modernizing and downsizing our surface facilities, optimizing our fleet and journey management and following a strict Environmental Management System focused on Carbon sand Water management.

In order to protect our local environment, Expert Petroleum is constantly concerned on producing in a cleaner, more environmental friendly way. Our day to day approach and guiding principle is to limit as much as possible the impact of our activities where we operate.
