Mr. Michel Louboutin, General Manager and co-founder of Expert Petroleum, was elected Oilman of the Year 2011 by the members of the Petroleum Club of Romania. This distinction is given for the professionalism and knowledge of the business in Romania natural gas, as well as for the substantial growth of the petroleum company in Romania over the last years.
